GLAS.t: The Ultimate Scratch Proof Screen To Protect Your iPhone 4 / 4S

In the recent past, we have seen many new accessories springing up to try and solve common problems associated with gadgets. These problems include issues such as water damage, theft, and screen breakage. Amongst the screen issue category, screen protectors provide quiet an efficient way to preserve the glass displays of our smartphones. But unfortunately, almost all of these plastic protectors are flimsy at best and usually are vulnerable to dust which gradually settles between the plastic and your precious phone screen.
In order to overcome these issues, some smart folks have come up with a new product called GLAS.t. GLAS.t, is a glass screen protector, unlike the competition which mainly consists of plastic form factor. GLAS.t consists of Oleophobic Coated Chemically Treated Glass, which according to what we have heard is a specially designed composition specifically for protecting glass screens of modern day gadgets.

GLAS.t will sit on the front face of your iPhone 4(S). In addition to this there is a silicon adhesive for the back of the device to offer all-round protection to your device. Once installed GLAS.t provides air tight protection to your device not just from scratches and the risk of screen damage but also from dust and dirt. What’s even more telling about this accessory is that it hardly adds any weight to your iPhone, something which is very common with other protective gear.
One might think that using glass to protect glass is just plain stupid. However, GLAS.t isn’t any ordinary glass. Its reinforced, ultra-thin panel will soak up the shock in case of an accident. Instead of being left with shards and slivers of glass of your iPhone screen you can simple brush off the GLAS.t screen and have your iPhone screen solid and new as ever.

Boosting around half a millimeter of thickness GLAS.t costs $27.99 a piece. This might sound too expensive for some, but having said what we already have, we really think that this would be a value for your money.
